Seven Seas Login is a powerful, easy-to-use tool that gives you and your customers up-to-date information on shipments.

 

To access a shipment’s status, complete the form by inputting a number (as defined below) from one of the drop-down menu choices, then clicking “Track.”

No need for a username or password.

7seas  B/L (Bill of Lading) or ECB No.

• For seafreight shipments.
• Standard format is 14 digits; for example, 1234-5678-912.345.
• May be entered with or without dashes, hyphens or periods/dots
• Some BAL B/L and ECB have an additional number set, for example, BANQHKG1889058, which may also be used as a search key.

H/AWB No.

• For airfreight shipments.
• Use either the Seven Seas House Airway Bill or Master/IATA Airway Bill number
• Both are in the standard format of ABC12345678.

Customer Reference No.

• A number Seven Seas previously provided to you for purchase orders, invoices, etc.
• If more than one shipment is associated with this number, you’ll receive a summary screen with all shipments.

Container No.

• For seafreight shipments.
• This is the shipper or carrier container number as shown on your Seven Seas documents.
• Standard format is ABCD1234567.
• If more than one shipment is associated with this number, you’ll receive a summary screen with all shipments.
